The table below describes the user types that can be invited by DATIM User Administrators using the DATIM User Administration app.

*Denoted as "Agency" in the DATIM User Administration App

*Interagency User Administrators are not able to invite or edit other ER users as they are not included in the ER and PBPE data approval workflow

*Agency HQ user type name has been updated to Global Agency. User type access and permissions remain the same.

Requesting a DATIM User Account for ER and PBPE on DATIM.org

Implementing Partner, Agency Field, and Agency HQ users may also request DATIM accounts from the homepage of https://www.datim.org. If users request accounts in this way, they should use the screenshots below as a guide to request the necessary permissions for each account type.

Note: This method of requesting an account will only work for users who do not already have a DATIM account registered under their e-mail address. If a user requires a secondary DATIM account for ER and PBPE, they should contact their User Administrator or submit a ticket to DATIM Support.
