FY2016 Planning and Implementation Attributes

Planning and Implementation attributes are new requirements for FY 2016.  These attributes will be entered as part of the COP target entry process, but were collected retrospectively at APR 2015 for the October 2015-September 2016 period.  At COP 2016, the October 2016-September 2017 planning and implementation attributes will be entered.

The following table summarizes the types of data collected at three distinct levels in DATIM.  For more information, reference Section 5 "Data Systems for Quarter 4 Reporting Submission" from the PEPFAR APR Q4 15 Reporting Guidance.

The table below provides an overview of the prioritization meanings and their respective values in DATIM.

Generate the FY2016 Planning and Implementation Attributes Reports through DATIM:

-  Download a copy of the steps in the Attachments section.

2.  When the Pivot Table reporting page opens, click Favorites for a list of reports.

3.  To generate the report from Favorites:

     3A.  FY2016 Implementation Attributes Report - In the Search for Favorites textbox, type in FY2016. A list of reports containing “FY2016” will appear.  The report name should appear as FY2016 Implementation Attributes – [OU]

     3B.  FY2016 Planning Attributes Report - In the Search for Favorites textbox, type in FY2016 Planning. A list of reports containing “FY2016 Planning” will appear.  The report name should appear as FY2016 Planning Attributes – [OU]

4.  When the search results appear, click the report for your designated OU. Be sure to click Next located on the bottom right of the favorites window if the OU does not appear on the first page.
