You will need to submit a ticket using the DATIM Support App and provide information about:
- Your OU, the scope of the training (which topics to be covered), and the total number of trainees.
- The timing of the training activities (e.g. 4 business days). At the end of the training period, the training environment will be deactivated by OGAC.
Please allow five business days to process this kind of request as each request for a Demoland training environment has to be deployed manually by the DATIM Support team.
